Let the right group work for you, NPAG. Bo and his team are the BEST. Very professional and they really know the insurance policies....Ins and outs. Because I did not understand the process of the Group, I got a little impatient but Bo and his team kept it professional and they explained things to me several times. They are truly the BEST! Scott Thomason handled my claim and stayed on top of things throughout the whole claim process ! I never once had to talk directly to my insurance company! He is very knowledgeable of the games insurance companies try to play. He was able to get more then double what my ins company was going to offer me !! Noble was referred to me by a friend after my insurance company refused to cover my roof damage stating "the damage was due to poor workmanship by the previous roofers." It took Noble several months to recover a settlement for me, but it was WELL WORTH IT!!! Jon and Sterling were my first contacts with Noble. They explained everything and continued to answer questions when ever one came up. They were NOT high pressure , sign this contract guys. Marcus took over and helped me with all the people coming "repeatedly" to measure my roof and look at the damage inside. He is GREAT! Thank you Scott Thomason and the Noble PA Group for helping my family with our stucco claim. My insurance company is "Olympus Insurance " try to settle the entire stucco damaged from the outside of our house for only $515 dollars. Which we have to come up with a $1,000 dollars deductible, it's almost like (go pay the job for yourself). Being an Asian, which all I can say is "I didn't know anyone and I didn't have anybody to help me with my case". All I can said is "My insurance company is a crooked". They tried to ripoff my family. Scott Thomason was amazing! After trying to work with my insurance company and not being satisfied with the initial offer I contacted Nobel. Scott after it was all said and done put me on track with getting the claim settled at over four times the original offer. He took the time to answer my questions and spent as much time as needed explaining the process and my options as this was my first time with a claim. I hope I do not have to do this again, but if I do I know I will call Scott at Nobel from the start. If your trying to choose someone that will look out for your intrests then look no further.
