i wish I could give zero stars. They lose everything. our mail lately comes DAYS late. I have never had problems with my mail till this USPS. We ordered passports, and granted the passport office addressed them wrong, but USPS held on to them for weeks, couldn't find one, never found the other. My husband's naturalization certificate came back to us over a month after all this when they finally sent it back to where it came from. TRacking numbers all show they are at Panama City BEach post office but no one knows where anything is. i feel the more I complain, the worse my service becomes. And everyone on the phone says, sorry, nothing I can do. Oh, and yes they never answer their phone. EVER. Worst post office in America

How are they literally able to not answers their phones? I am unable to speak to an actual person and their automated phone service is so unhelpful and slow that it literally put me in a rage and I've never been the kind of person to let automated messaging services bother me. I get it, but this is insane. This post office is so terrible that I'd rather try and deal with their automated phone service again than wait in line for 30 minutes just to ask if they have a package of mine or not...

After reading many negative reviews of this post office I was dreading going in to have my mailbox rekeyed, fortunately I was greeted by no line and friendly staff for both of my visits.

Great people..super helpful..yes they get busy and have to move quickly..but they are always pleasant and efficient..

Reams above dealing with USPS staff in Atlanta

I'm so tired of these computerized menu systems when you call someone. It might even be okay if there was an option for "press 4 to speak to a human being"....But of course there isn't. I just want to know if they have enough cash to pay a money order that I have. So since I can't get a human being on the phone, I will probably have to drive 8 miles to find out....
