Store was very clean! Associates on duty were very helpful in their assistance. Regardless of how you feel about pet stores, it is great to know that the staff keeps the place in pristine condition. Prices are high, as expected for a new store but did have a lot of options to choose from. Would question if a value shopper for the same comparable product could be found at another store for a better price. Service Sells! 5 stars given for store, cleanliness, associates, and organization of products.

The store is not making strides to get their inventory software and point of sale to match up. You will be frustrated by dealing with a manager to help you check out 50% of the time. Store Manager needs to set up an inventory overhaul. This location is FRUSTRATING to shop at. If you're a VIP member just pick up dog food whenever you head over the bridge to the location on 23rd, or Petsmart in Pier Park.

Workers are friendly and in your face to ask if you need help. That's the only good thing. I have not had a great experience with the actual purchase process though. Nobody knows how many cans of dog food are in a case, many products don't show up in inventory when you check out, etc.
