Wow, Exceptional and 100% Satisfied would best describe my experience when I got my storage at the Joan Ave. Location CubeSmart. The staff is amazing!! They are always friendly and courteous, in addition to being very knowledgeable about the property. Kenny as well as the ladies always are willing to help with any concern. I'm really big on great customer service experience and he provides that every time I'm there and I am at my storage 5 times maybe more a week. I love this facility and the employees.
Kenny was So Amazing & Helpful. Before I even rented I read the reviews online & the couple people that are on here saying nothing but negative reviews about him an this CubeSmart are obviously people who are disgruntled & A. Are Obviously trying to get money out of CubeSmart or B. Probably still owes CubeSmart money. Being a manager in customer service for over 25 years the first thing that you learn as a business manager is that you're not going to make everyone happy all the time and your always going to have someone that has to gripe about something because for some reason or another they're not happy with the way things turned out. When the only person that they truly need to blame is themselves for their own action or behavior. As far as my personal experience and actually two other people who referred me to CubeSmart Kenny has been nothing but professional and courteous and has went above and beyond to be nothing but the best customer service representative that we've ever experienced in the rental industry.
The service here was fantastic! Regina Mills was super friendly and energetic and got everything squared away for us right away! If you come here I definitely recommend speaking with her! I couldn’t have asked for better service!
Best storage place! We love it here... Best staff and customer service! I bring my kids here and feel safe letting them roam while I am busy in my unit. Lots of carts for moving things and an extra side door for busier days. Highly recommend!! We love Mr. Kenny Lawrence ... I won't go anywhere else as long as he is at this location ! Thank you!
