Was seated immediately, waitress there in a flash ready to take order before we even reviewed menu, steaks ordered. One to be well done turned out to be rare for about 3/4 of steak and medium well around edges. Second one ordered medium well and was also rare in middle. Where was our speedy waitress...at this point no show of course. This wasn't even a busy night. We just packaged our food and will finish cooking at home. Don't plan on returning. Gave two stars for quick seating and decor.
The restaurant was busy when we arrived; however, we were seated in less than five minutes. The waiter was great because he didn't hover but kept everyone's drinks filled and happy. The food tasted great and even tho there was a steady stream of patrons coming in we never felt rushed or urged to get out.
Seated quickly, which was nice. Took our orders quickly, also good. Passed by my empty cup 3 times, wouldn't make sure contact. 14 minutes without a refill. I finally had to wave my arms at the server. Food was slow to arrive. Steak was requested medium well to well done, but arrived rare. Chicken tenders were cooked perfectly, but the breading tasted a bit odd. This meal was less than 2 hours ago and I haven't been able to keep any of it down. I don't know what the deal was tonight, but I've never had a problem at any Longhorn Steakhouse before. Unfortunately, and unexpectedly disappointed.
Food always great, only 4 star because waitress attention to detail was so-so.
We eat here all the time. Fried shrimp isn't on the menu but they will make it for you and it is so, so good. Grilled or steamed asparagus is my favorite add-on. Strawberry salad is a long-time favorite, too. Nice people!
