They called back the next day and said they had, in fact, made a mistake, and it turned out it wasn't any more expensive than what she was playing in Georgia. I wonder, would they have called if she had bought the $2,000 more expensive policy? If she does end up buying another State Farm policy, I hope she buys it from a different agency, not this one. Caveat emptor... let the buyer beware.
My daughter tried to transfer her policy to Florida when she moved there. The agency told her it would be almost $2,000 per year MORE than what she had been paying for the same coverage in Georgia. When she asked if there was possibly some mistake, they assured her there wasn't and were very rude and condescending to her. She (smartly) didn't buy the policy they offered.

Over billing of accounts, unaccounted for payments, rude service, no service. Not sure what Gail and her group call themselves doing. Worst costumer service EVER!!
