The " blondes" in the store are very rude and unprofessional. If you are a minority do not I repeat PLEASE DON'T do any business with this store. They think its okay to NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY DO THEIR JOBS. IF YOU DON'T KNOW then you should say, hey I really don't know what to do maybe you should go to another store. These rude MORONS really need to be shut down.
These folks have always offered me great service, I've packed and shipped as well as had special items printed. Anyone I've ever worked with there has been courteous and helpful, and their product quality has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

Some (maybe all)UPS stores are individually owned, so don't expect stellar customer service. They offer many services, most of which they are clueless as to how to provide those services. This one is managed by someone who's generally rude and insecure. A typical know-it-all who is a big know-nothing...lol. If you're dropping off a package fine, anything more complex is likely to be a chore.
