If I could give negative stars I would. This car wash used to be the best on the beach, if not in the entire county. I went on Thursday June 8th. After 10 minutes of "What did you say?" as the only person there BARLEY spoke English, I finally selected the 36 dollar Works wash. It came to 40 dollars and I was not offered a receipt. When I asked about it, and another 4 minutes of "What?" I was told I could get one up front. NOPE! but more on that later.
There was a young guy there that just soaked the car in leather conditioner. As well as put tire armour all on the actual body of the car. Very disappointed.
The interior detail was acceptable, but incomplete. The exterior was a different story. To add insult to injury, I had to go to ANOTHER car wash to clean off the stuff the machinery had dropped on my car! This was an additional $10. Unbelievable!
I used to use this car wash a LOT up until a couple of years ago. I always had awesome service and a really clean car afterward. Not so any more. This place is noting but a run down ripoff that hires people that don't give a damn about doing a good job. I will never use this place EVER again, and I suggest you by-pass it as well.
After leaving my car running FOR THE ENTIRE TIME (approx 30 minutes for a Grand Marquis) two others showed up and of course didn't seem to speak much English either... The facility was pretty trashy as the photos show, and the wash was not good at all. In fact THERE WAS GREASE on my car that had not been there before. The machinery there is pretty rundown, the system the moves the cars was not operating so the workers had to drive the cars though, and at faster speed than the machine would do it. And was refused a receipt. REFUSED!
Great job getting all the dead bugs off my white car.
The workers there obviously do not care about the cleanliness of where they work, and being this is a CAR WASH this is a problem. None of the interior lights worked in the building and the final detailing station was using old stained rags. The wash I selected was supposed to apply RainX, but that was a lie as well. After a short walk around pointing out where they missed stuff, I was disrespected when the employee walked off.
Dated equipment hard to find but does a good job
This place was a waste of my money. This is what my car looked like AFTER the carwash. The lady who drove my car through looked over the car after it was driven through and said i was good go. When I got home, and saw this, I was VERY unhappy.
