My boyfriend and I booked our condo through this company. The experience was awful. The front desk clerks were very rude and unhelpful. There were several hidden and unexplained charges. When we asked for an explanation, they gave us a very generic answer and ultimately stuck it to us. We will never book through this rental agency again and I strongly suggest to everyone to be very careful booking through this rental management company!!
Booked one condo and was giving keys to a completely different location. The staff was horrible. We asked to speak to the manager that was apparently never there. When we called to complain after check out the manager said well you should have said something. The reason nothing was done because they had already completely booked where we wanted to stay. Never again.
